NSTXL delivers technology to the Warfighter by serving as a one-stop shop to match government requirements with innovative private-sector and academic solutions.


Currently, our OTAs have more than 900 corporate, non-profit, educational, and financial institution members. For these members, NSTXL offers opportunities to bid on government contracts, education and training, and live/virtual forums covering a wide variety of topics.


Job Description

The National Security Technology Accelerator, NSTXL, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM System and Process Manager to join our team. This role is crucial, as it involves overseeing the development and continuous management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform, as well as the systems’ integrating processes, data, and workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of expertise in system and process implementation and optimization, data analytics, and have a proven track record of collaborating across various business departments and shared services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multiple business departments and shared services teams to understand system requirements and document processes, workflows, and data inputs.
  • Own the development and management of the CRM system, including system build, architecture, and application integrations.
  • Implement and manage sales funnel processes within the CRM system, including lead scoring, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and other key sales metrics.
  • Analyze pipeline data and trends to identify opportunities for improving sales strategies and forecasting accuracy.
  • Own data cleanliness and integrity in CRM, performing routine database maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing operational processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure system security and remain compliant with NIST/CMMC requirements.
  • Develop and maintain CRM and process-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and user guides.
  • Manage governance and policies for backing up system data and make recommendations to improve resiliency and recovery.
  • Conduct regular audits of CRM data and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.

Job requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of proven experience implementing and managing CRM system such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
  • Certifications in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) or sales management (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are a plus.
  • Experience using wireframing and diagraming tools such as Balsamiq, Miro, or Visio.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills and writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret-level security clearance or other government agency equivalent.

Travel for this position is estimated up to 10%.
