The National Security Technology Accelerator (NSTXL) harvests innovative technology from the commercial and non-defense marketplace, ensuring the development of better, cheaper, and faster defense capabilities. We offer a unique and simplified approach to rapidly develop, demonstrate, and assess prototypes that address a range of operational and installation needs, from individual Warfighter technology up to large-scale installation projects. NSTXL delivers technology to the Warfighter by serving as a one-stop shop to match government requirements with innovative private-sector and academic solutions.


Each of our OTAs is a distinct member-based not-for-profit with its own membership that is managed and serviced by NSTXL. Currently, our OTAs have more than 900 corporate, non-profit, educational, and financial institution members. For these members, NSTXL offers opportunities to bid on government contracts, education and training, and live/virtual forums on a wide variety of topics.


Job Description

The Program Marketing Coordinator for Microelectronics Commons is responsible for creating developing and implementing strategies to actively engage and educate the Microelectronics Commons hubs. They will be responsible for developing a robust training program and templates that include but limited to PowerPoints, on-demand videos, blogs, community posts, etc.  This role will also assist with the MarTech set-up for each campaign, including website development, email creation, technical workflows, reporting, and list management.


Responsibilities

  • Manage online community platform and forums including with the goal of increasing engagement.
  • Create comprehensive membership engagement plans aligned with program goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and update Commons membership lists including across HubSpot and MemberPress including contact information, network lists, bios, technology areas, and location.
  • Create, collect, and analyze key member engagement metrics for stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison between different departments when their expertise is necessary to address specific member requests.
  • Create all communications that support marketing campaigns including emails, community posts, social posts, website pages, ads, etc.
  • Design creative assets for each opportunity including email banners, social graphics, website design, landing pages, registration forms, etc.
  • Set up the technical build for each campaign and help manage the MarTech stack. Technical build includes virtual event set up, email, web pages, list tracking, and market research lists.
  • Keep tasks updated and assist the Program Marketing Manager with their cascaded needs.
  • Support all campaign-related events such as virtual and/or in-person webinars, tradeshows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Assist with reporting metrics that will be presented back to government customers.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with Microelectronics Commons members and potential members at NSTXL and key client events.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • US citizen and ability to get security clearance
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing or communications experience
  • Must have excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Must have great time management skills, coordinate multiple activities at once, and readjust schedule for unexpected requests
  • Must have strong writing skills and experience with AP Style
  • Knowledge of various marketing technology tools and concepts e.g. marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), CMS (Wordpress), design (Adobe Creative and Canva), and digital advertising (LinkedIn, Google, Rollworks)
  • Must be data driven and able to pull basic marketing reporting metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and works well with others
  • Strong technology skills and confidence necessary to learn unfamiliar programs quickly and efficiently, is required


Travel

Travel for this position is estimated at 10%, targeting once per quarter
